As our nursery rhyme this week has been Miss Polly had a Dolly we have turned our role play area as a Doctors Surgery. Lots of dressing up, taking temperatures, bandaging arms and having great fun. We have talked about how doctors help us when we feel poorly and looked at some instruments and items that might be in a doctors medical bag. Old MacDonald
Our Nursery rhyme this week has been Old MacDonald had a farm. The children have enjoyed role playing with the small world farmyard, making different animal noises and playing a listening game on the interactive board. Here we are singing brumm, brumm, digger, digger. The children then look for the number and count out the same amount of animals to go in Old MacDonald's field. We had such fun in placing Old MacDonald in different places in the classroom such as under the ta
