The animals went in two by two...

This week we have been continuing with our topic Noah's Ark and learning about the famous boat that we are named after. We have been exploring the numberness of two by counting out two of each different pasta animals and then gluing them onto an ark. Don't they look amazing!

We have been tuning into farm sounds in our phonics games and we are that good that we have skipped the sound bank activity and moved straight on to the introduction (scene) game! We are really good at finding the animal that matches the sound we have heard! Well done everyone!

We have been learning a new number this week. Our new Number of the Week is number three! We have linked this to Baa Baa Black Sheep and Goldilocks and the Three Bears, whilst also watching Numbertime and creating a number three table.

How many number threes can you see? We have tried to find as many different ways to show 'three' to explore and expand our 'numberness' of three.

We have also been working on our clay handprint ornaments for Christmas... would you like a sneaky peak?! Well ok, but shh... don't tell everyone!

We shall show you ALL the amazing new things we have purchased using our Christmas PTA fundraiser once the last bits arrive. And of course we shall proudly show our finished products...they just need a bit more pah-zazz adding!

Reminders:
